Serving West Michigan for Over 50 years

Fredricks has been a recognized name in the building materials and construction business since 1911. Herman Fredricks began Fredricks Lumber Co. on Center St. in Muskegon Heights and eventually opened a second lumber yard on Laketon Ave. The second generation to carry on the Fredricks Co. were Herman’s sons Warren and Maurice.

Gar Fredricks, son of Maurice, then carried on the business with his two sons Kurt and Brad. Today, Fredricks specializes mostly in housing and light commercial projects. West Michigan residents continue to depend on Fredricks for quality products, including roofing, siding, insulation, windows, and doors.
